1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging the coaching services of A to Z Coaching Academy ("we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer life coaching, leadership mentoring, and personal development programs on a one-on-one, group, or online basis. Coaching is an educational and supportive process; it is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. You should seek appropriate professional help for medical, psychological, or legal matters.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Coaching sessions must be booked in advance via our booking system or direct communication.
• Payment is due prior to or at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• 24-hour notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a session will be rescheduled at no charge.
• Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged at 50% of the session fee.
• No-shows: Missed sessions without notice will be charged at the full session rate.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and program materials — is the intellectual property of A to Z Coaching Academy and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, we accept no liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
